It has appeared that my blog was private! I just needed time to take it down, and with only giving myself permission to view it... it appeared like I had gone private. Not true.
I ended my blog in April... long story, but it's over. Some people know, some people do not. Truthfully, I don't want to talk about it or explain what happened. I just didn't want anyone to feel left out, or think they had not been invited. (which is why I'm not a fan of private blogs) If... or when I return to writing... believe you me, it will not be private!
I did, however, recently email some people about a race... and I put a link to my blog post from last year. (not realizing it could not be read... I could read it!)
Ha, ha! Invite people to read something... only to find that when they try to read it... it looks like they need a special invitation. There's a slap in the face!... and I wonder how I offend people? Hmmm, go figure.
So, I copied over the entry. It was from last year race. I will say that this run sparked something inside me! I am passionate about it, and I would love to spread the word! I don't mean to sound like a weight loss commercial, with "these results are not typical" disclaimer in small writing at the bottom, however... I have to say that this run was the beginning of a 50 lb. weight loss journey for me. Not the actual physical run... but the mentality I came away with.
I may catch myself complaining about the way I look sometimes... but I LOVE MY BODY! (so there you go!)

I worry about my girls image of themselves everyday! Thanks for reminding me that they learn by example and that if I count my blessing and my fat ankles with this crazy baby growing inside me, so will they one day!
Sherian...sorry to have to comment to get an email to you...but I have a couple of questions. Do you cut hair? Do you cut from your home? Let me know...
