Goals this week:
1. Write down everything I eat... even if it's crap!
2. No caffeine
3. In bed by 11pm... up at 8am. (Yes, that's 9 hours. My mental/physical health is the best with 10, but 9 is a lot better than the 6 I've been getting)
There's about a million more things I'd like to fix about myself this week, but I gotta take baby steps! It's honestly difficult to only chose 3. But I know I need to take it slow. Not to mention... I'm trying to embrace who I am... flaws and everything!

I have a lot of frown-y faces in my food log :-) I've been writing down everything I've eaten too. Just the food no calories. I feel like mine is always a long list and Ben's is to the point of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stinker!!

You and I struggle with the same things! I eat crap all the time without noticing, I love a cold Dr Pepper (it tastes so good in the morning and at night!), and I go to bed way too late! I hope you have had success so far this week with your goals. Maybe I will make them mine next week:)
